Andrew Doquile,
Director
Andrew has been the Director with CMC since 2017/2018 and has been a business partner of Chris and Ruth for a long time. Andrew has been involved in financial services for 25 years.
He worked together in the early 2000’s and forged a great business relationship.
Andrew formed a strong bond with Chris and the CMC team, as they all shared the same goal – to ensure the sustainability and integrity of CMC Financial Planning.
Jonathan Buob,
Insurance specialist
Jonathan started his financial services career in 2004 and has been advising clients since 2007. He has broad experience across areas such as risk management, wealth creation, investment markets, and industry funds.
Jonathan takes a holistic approach to financial advice and has an acute ability to see the whole picture. With a young family, he truly understands the financial challenges that other young families face and is passionate about helping them navigate their way through those challenges.
jess cowan,
head of advice/client management
Jess has been part of the CMC team in Administration for the last two years. She has a Bachelor of Economics – Economic Analysis and Bachelor of Business – Human Resource Management with the University of Tasmania and has completed her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. Jess is working towards becoming a Financial Adviser under the watchful eye of Andrew Doquile/the CMC Team.
Jess was born and raised in Tasmania and grew up on her parents’ farm outside of Launceston. She has an eye for detail and strives for improvement. In her spare time, Jess enjoys horse riding.
Arjun shrestha,
Senior client services officer
Arjun has worked in a Client Services role for more than 3 years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from the Australian National Institute of Management & Commerce. He is on his way to completing a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. Arjun is looking forward to completing his Professional Year in the not-too-distant future as his long-term goal is to qualify as a licensed Financial Adviser.
Arjun joined the CMC team in 2022 as a Senior Client Services Officer, bringing his experience and dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients. Arjun works closely with our Senior Advisers to ensure the highest standards of financial services are met.
Arjun came to Australia as an international student and once he completed his studies, he relocated to Tasmania. During his leisure time, he enjoys working with diverse community organisations helping migrants to assimilate into Australian lifestyle and assisting graduates to enhance their employability.
